Flex FAQ posted

In the past few weeks, I've started trying to help out around the macromedia.flex.general_discussion forum by answering questions, and I realized that the same questions were coming up over and over. Rather than post the full FAQ in a mammoth blog post I'd have to come back and update over and over, I thought I'd simply make a PDF on my main website that I could keep current and just link to it from this post.
